I love Kevin he is the best!!! I just bought a new Rav4 with the AAA discount. First of course I called AAA and told the person that I spoke to that I wanted a Toyota and I was tol I just bought a new Rav4 with the AAA discount. First of course I called AAA and told the person that I spoke to that I wanted a Toyota and I was told that Kevin Hamlin, the Internet Director from Toyota Town in Stockton would be calling me within 24 hrs but sure enough Kevin was on the phone calling me within just a few minutes. He was great on the phone, very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I told him exactly what kind of car I wanted and he said they did not have it but that they were expecting one to arrive in a couple of days. And in two days Kevin was on the phone telling me that the new car had arrived and sent me a picture of it to make sure I liked it. I did, we agreed on the price and made an appointment for the following morning. My son drove me 100 miles to Stockton. When I arrived and met Kevin of course I was not disappointed Kevin was simply wonderful, wonderful!!! He made my car buying experience very pleasant. After just a few minutes he took me to meet with Jeff Renwick in Finance and he was great also and within a short time the sale was done and Kevin took me outside to show me my new car!!!!! We checked it out to make sure it was clean, showed me how to use the Navigation system and in just a few minutes I was on my way back to San Jose driving my new car!!!! Kevin is simply the best there is, he is very polite, friendly, has a great personality and he really knows the business very well. My whole experience buying a new car at Toyota Town was wonderfull thanks to Kevin. I give him 10 STARS and very, very highly recommended him and Toyota Town to anyone in the Bay Area looking to buy a car. The drive is well worth it, you get the best service, great selection, the place is huge and most of all the best price. The car had a couple more options than I expected, but I still got it for the same price Kevin and I had agreed on. If you need a car go to Kevin, I only have great praises for him and his amazing customer service and great, great personality. Like I said before he is the best there is and gets 10 STARS from me. Next time I'm ready to buy a new car I'll go directly to Kevin at Toyota Town in Stockton, I very, very highly recommend Kevin. Thank you Kevin, you are the BEST!!!!!!! More

The best experience I've ever had a a dealership I have to give xxxxxxto this place. They got me a car beyond my wildest dreams for a song. Here's the story of what happened: I have really bad I have to give xxxxxxto this place. They got me a car beyond my wildest dreams for a song. Here's the story of what happened: I have really bad credit due to some rough financial times so I knew getting approved would be tough. When I arrived at Toyota Town I was warmly greeted by Adam Baza. He asked what I was looking for and I explained the situation of my credit and that I had a title loan out on the car I was trading in and he said that we could probably get something worked out. I told him that I wanted an SUV and since the car I was trading in was a very base model with no cruise control, power windows or power locks, I required those features in the vehicle. So he showed me the used SUV's they had in stock and took me on a couple of test drives. I settled on a Toyota Highlander with a Toyota Rav4 as a possible second choice if not approved by the bank for the Highlander. As I expected I did not get approved for the Highlander but I did get approved for the Rav4. It took a couple of days for the financing to come through. When it finally came through I headed over to sign the papers and get the Rav4. However, unbeknownst to Adam someone had sold the Rav4 while we were waiting on the bank and they were signing the papers as I walked in. He went to get the keys and that's when he was informed it had been sold. Big disappointment for me. But Adam set about trying to rectify the situation immediately. It took a couple of more days so when I went in to check on the status it was Adam's day off. Sammy then took over for Adam and got me into a gorgeous 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS with all the features (hot dayum!!!!) and low mileage to boot. Because of the mess with the Rav4 Sammy went over and above to get me into this car. They gave me a nice discount and a full tank of gas! I couldn't be happier with this car and the way things turned out in the end. This baby has more features than anything and rides better than either of the other two SUV's. Thank you Toyota Town. You messed up but you came through in the end and made me a customer for life! More

I sent out a couple of emails to quote match a Highlander XLE 2015, Sammy was the only one that not only matched it but beat it by having more on his car than my quote! When I found another quote the same day to see the car, HE MATCHED IT AS WELL! Lowered my price on the car not once, but twice! He was very helpful and valued that I was looking to save $$$$ and understood my scouring of deals. Finance was perfect for my needs since I had half down for the car and was able to get the best rates possible. I live in Dublin, CA and drove out an hour to get the BEST DEAL IN THE BAY AREA PERIOD. More
