Lost a potential customer when they criticized my vehicle I went in to look at the Toyota RAV 4. The vehicle itself was merely adequate, but that's not what drove me away. The salesperson was so arrogant, he I went in to look at the Toyota RAV 4. The vehicle itself was merely adequate, but that's not what drove me away. The salesperson was so arrogant, he saw I was driving a domestic manufacturer, and he started talking about how everyone is more happier with a Japanese car because of the reliability and lack of recalls. I had to remind him of Toyota's massive recall just a few years ago. There's nothing more likely to turn someone off of one manufacturers car than have the salesman make blanket and blatantly false, or at least poorly researched statements. Blanket statements like, "American cars don't last long" "American cars are always a problem" "Japanese cars are the most reliable" "Toyota is the most reliable, they never have issues" are so easy to see through for anyone who does a just a little bit of research. Needless to say, Toyota Town, and Toyota of America will not be getting my family's business any time soon. I went to 3 other dealerships that day, and not a single one of them talked negative about either my current car, or a car of another manufacturer. That's not to say they didn't compare their brand to other brands, but they did so in a way that was still respectful to that manufacturer and the people that choose to own that manufacturers cars. What's even more unacceptable is that this salesperson was doing it in front of and with the help of another customer. He even got this customer to join in on the tirade against all vehicles not Toyota and not Japanese. Not impressed at all. I've already told the family member who I am helping look for a vehicle to not consider the RAV 4. It was already pretty low on the list as for her needs, it doesn't really compare well with the likes of CRV, HRV, Terrain, Equinox, or even Encore. But it was this experience that really put the nail in the coffin. I would never want to put my family member in that situation where a salesperson and a clearly loyal customer gang up on her. Based on my experience here and in the past at other Toyota dealerships, it's clearly a Toyota corporate culture type of issue. More

We met with Randy Tuok. Randy was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. He answered all of our questions and along with Ahmed in financing gave us such a good deal, we came back Sunday and bought another. Thank you so much!!! I had previously purchased an auto from Toyota Town and that experience went pretty good. I am a commuter so I put a lot of miles on my cars for awhil I had previously purchased an auto from Toyota Town and that experience went pretty good. I am a commuter so I put a lot of miles on my cars for awhile I have needed a new car the problem was that I no longer had very good credit . My old car was on it's last leg I was driving by Toyota Town over the weekend and decided to go wish looking. As usual a salesman came over we start talking I explained to him why I wasn't ready to purchase a auto yet and in a very calm and kind voice he said let see if we could make it happen. He made it happen Tang, my salesman got me a amazing rate, great term on the car of my dream this is my second purchase with Toyota Town and it was better than the first time.
