Friendly and professional, smooth and quick experience I purchased a new truck from Dennis and had a great experience. After I selected the truck I wanted, I was able to work with Dennis over email to get I purchased a new truck from Dennis and had a great experience. After I selected the truck I wanted, I was able to work with Dennis over email to get the deal and financing I wanted; this pre-process saved me from spending a bunch of time at the dealership. Quick, easy and exactly what we were looking for Worked with Logan on our certified used Prius purchase and the process could not have been easier. Worst Service Department Are you planning to make an appointment for service at Toyota Sunnyvale? Don't bother. After waiting over 2 hours after my scheduled appointment, Are you planning to make an appointment for service at Toyota Sunnyvale? Don't bother. After waiting over 2 hours after my scheduled appointment, I was told by Bill M, a senior service advisor at Toyota Sunnyvale, my appointment gave me a little priority over customers that come by for drop in service. According to Bill M, any scheduled appointment means work may not begin for up to 3 hours afterwards. Due to a mistake on Service Advisor Christopher P's part, I was told I could have waited for a much longer period of time, if I hadn't checked up on my vehicle. Are you kidding me? Why bother making an appointment at all? If I could, I would give Toyota Sunnyvale a 0 star rating. More
