Excellent I first bought a car from Toyota on Nicholasville in October 2007. I moved 2 hours away in August 2008. Their customer service is so good that I rath I first bought a car from Toyota on Nicholasville in October 2007. I moved 2 hours away in August 2008. Their customer service is so good that I rather drive these 4 hours total just because making business with them is always an enjoyable experience. I have other Toyota dealers near by, and I have tried their service. I keep coming back to Toyota on Nicholasville, and I will keep coming back as long as they keep being the best in customer service, prices, and fairness, and courtesy. If I'm going to be giving my money to any business I will chose the best. The driving is just a little price to pay for years of satisfaction. Thank you guys! You truly are the best. More

This dealership gets the "highest rating" because of the outstanding service they gave us every time we stopped by to look at their selection. Professional, Transparent and expeditious! I called Tony Samaan late on Friday afternoon stating what make, model and price range I preferred. He checked out there inventory and found the model I called Tony Samaan late on Friday afternoon stating what make, model and price range I preferred. He checked out there inventory and found the model I wanted and within the price range I was considering. This took two short phone conversations-approximately 30 minutes. My wife and I went into the dealer (next day) Saturday morning, test drove the car and purchased it all within a short and friendly couple of hours.
