Best vehicle buying experience EVER!! Absolutely the most pleasurable, and fast, vehicle buying experience of my life! We actually contacted Toyota on Nicholasville from another dealershi Absolutely the most pleasurable, and fast, vehicle buying experience of my life! We actually contacted Toyota on Nicholasville from another dealership over 2 hours away, just to compare pricing. Fifteen minutes after our first contact, it became clear we needed to be working with ToN. From first contact to our arrival at the dealership, we found, purchased and completed all the paperwork in less than 3 hours. Tony Samaan went out of his way to make sure the vehicle was cleaned up and filled up and had all the paperwork ready for our signatures when we arrived. They were about to close on a stormy Saturday evening, but he made it clear he was there for us and would stay as long as it took to make sure we were satisfied. Luckily, we were only there for about 22 minutes! Later, as we were parked in a random parking lot so my SO could search for a location using GPS, Tony saw us and pulled in to make sure all was ok! We are a Toyota/Lexus only family, and try to buy locally as much as possible, but from now on, Tony Samaan and Toyota on Nicholasville will be our dealership of choice.
