Major Service made Easier They provided a loaner car for me to use as the 100,000 mile service was going to take several hours. They provided a discount by applying a coupon I They provided a loaner car for me to use as the 100,000 mile service was going to take several hours. They provided a discount by applying a coupon I hadn’t been able to use at the last service. They answered specific questions about the extended warranty on the hybrid battery for the Prius because it was purchased in a CARB state Oregon and is now in CARB state Washington (follows California standards.) Got clarification the hybrid battery warranty for my vehicle is 10 years or 150,000 miles. That makes me very happy. And, the cherry on top was when I returned to the dealership ahead of when my car was supposed to be finished, they were just finishing up the paperwork because the service was completed an hour earlier. All around good experience. Everyone was helpful. More

My truck was immediately looked at with a no BS estimate and what needs to be done. After that, my check engine light was on and I asked for them to check it out. It took them longer than expected to find the problem but were determined to figure it out before calling me. I wad not charged for the extra time and headache that was put into my rig. I never felt like they were out to get my money, they were professional and personable. I will be returning with any other service needed for my truck. Thank you! More
