Awsome I have a very bad back and even walking is challenged daily. i was in severe pain the day we went in to see our options after our lease expired. Richard Brunel made things go so swiftly and smooth getting us into a Brand new Corolla that i asked for his card so if i ever bought a car it would be from him!. we then worked withan Awsome women in Finance to finish paperwork and she was Amazing!! we laughed alot having a GREAT Experience. im sorry i dont remember her name . she is Wonderful!! Horrible Customer Service I was very disappointed in the customer service I received on 9/27/18. It was my first time getting my oil change for my new RAV4 I just purchased 3 m I was very disappointed in the customer service I received on 9/27/18. It was my first time getting my oil change for my new RAV4 I just purchased 3 months ago. I was so excited since I have been hearing nothing but amazing things about the service department and I had such a amazing experience buying my suv. I had called to get my car serviced for Thursday morning. I walked in around 7:30 Thursday morning Rose I believe was her name was absolutely rude. I walked in saying I’m here to drop my vechile off and she said well we are not even open yet so can you wait. I said I was told when I called I could drop off my car as I have to work and getting a ride back to work from a friend. She said okay, rolled her eyes and took my information and said go to door 4 and walked away from the desk. I noticed a car was already there so, I went back in to the office and asked again are you sure? Also where do I put my keys she said yes door 4 and leave them in the car. I said okay I left and did as she said. Well about a few minutes later I received a call from the service saying I did not have a appointment and was unsure why my vechial was left with no communication with the service department. I began to feel worried as I have no way to get to my vechial until end of my work day. The service department did make a exception and do the oil change for me which I was very appreciative for. I have never had this kind of experience at any other dealership in town when I would get my cars serviced. It was always straight forward never any confusion. I believe at the time of call for service the customer should be told what they should do when they get to the service center. I would hate to have anyone feel like I did. More
Typical car sales service I have my car serviced with before but never received such bad service. They wanted me to do a service that was not ready to be done in 6mths and wh I have my car serviced with before but never received such bad service. My car was not washed, vacuumed and was not given a rental car... all of which I got previously.... even prior to booking the appt. I talked to rod and did explain to him still he insisted me doing a servivce that was not due in 6mths...... More
Made my dreams come true I went in to Toyota of Bellingham thinking I would not walk out of there with different keys than I came in with but the team there went above and bey I went in to Toyota of Bellingham thinking I would not walk out of there with different keys than I came in with but the team there went above and beyond my expectations and I was sent home with a beautiful car with a more than reasonable payment plan. I can’t wait to do all future car shopping here. More
Good car, good deal, good people. My wife and I decided it was time to get a bigger car for our family. As I have purchased at least three cars previously from Toyota of Bellingham it My wife and I decided it was time to get a bigger car for our family. As I have purchased at least three cars previously from Toyota of Bellingham it made sense to go there. However, to get the best deal, I did visit some other dealerships before I came in. Matt understand why I did this, and I got the sense that he really valued me not only as a customer, but as a returning customer. He also knows our needs and was able to quickly get us into the right car. The only hiccup was some weirdness with the software system regarding the number of months at specific payments. I understand this was most likely a software issue, not a human one, but it still added about 30 minutes to my visit, which was frustrating. That said, great dealership and thanks for everything. More
