Very friendly staff and willing to work to earn your business. My only complaint is the surprise $150 doc fee charged at signing. When your sitting at the signing table, you tend to just blast thru business. My only complaint is the surprise $150 doc fee charged at signing. It seems kind of deceptive to throw a surprise charge on at that time and let me find out about it later when reviewing the paperwork, especially since it's negotiable.
