Both were very kind, knowledgable and seemed trustworthy, not something that comes to mind when you think of a used car sales person! We left with a great car and an even better impression of the dealership, and returned two weeks later to sell our other vehicle! Wayland is great! I wanted to purchase a used car and heard that Toyota Marin had the largest used car inventory in Northern California. I went in and Wayland Whisler w I wanted to purchase a used car and heard that Toyota Marin had the largest used car inventory in Northern California. I went in and Wayland Whisler was fantastic. Very kknowledgeable and honest. He listened to what I was looking for and took me through a number of cars in different price ranges and made recommendations based on a number of criteria I had mentioned and went through the pros and cons of each based on what I had said I wanted. He was extremely pleasant and patient and made the whole experience the best experience I've ahd at a dealership. I also liked that there was no haggling or trying to upgrade me to bring the price up. He assured me that anything I wanted to purchase extra was totally up to me. They got me the loan and I drove away that night leaving my old clunker in their parking lot to pick up the next day. Just a great experience all around and I LOVE my new car! More
