Honestly, the whole experience at this dealership was underwhelming. The Tacoma we ended up buying is certified and so far, so good, but the dealership itself was just disappointing. We waited to meet with finance after signing papers for nearly two hours- and not because they were busy. The salesman promised not to charge for the “paint protection” that was an unnecessary $388 fee. I signed the offer without that fee only to find out later that the finance manager tacked it back on in the final sale. We waited to take the truck home because it still needed detailed. When they dropped the truck off, I immediately realized that they had done a poor job cleaning it. There was visible dirt and smudges on many areas of the interior. It seemed they did a mediocre job of detailing it because it had already been sold. Our salesman wasn’t very informative nor did he seem to be very knowledgeable when we asked questions. Recently, our beloved 2010 RAV4 displayed some odd error codes after a recent very short 4 Wheel Dr. Episode. So, even though we had canceled out the codes, we took it in to be checked. I do not recommend this dealership. They did not deliver on their end of the agreement which was to have the interior and exterior of the vehicle detailed and restoration cleaning of the head lights. We made the deal on April 25th and was told we could wait there while they did the above but we did not have time to wait and was told the car would be ready to pick up on Monday. I called Jared Pusey at 10:30 to see what time the car would be ready to pick up and he informed me he was just making an appointment with the service dept to get head lights done. I received text stating car was ready for pick up after 4:30 and also received a call asking when we planned on picking up and giving them the cashiers check. Told the guy we were not driving in rush hour traffic and would be there at 10:00 am the next morning. When I arrived I was approached by Jared Pusey asking me if I scheduled an appointment to pick the car up which I thought was odd. The headlights had been cleaned but the interior and exterior had not been cleaned. The only thing that was done is they sprayed tire shine on the tires and appeared it was done outside in the wind because it was sprayed all over the vehicle. Then when I asked for a receipt for the full amount of the purchase of the car I handed over to them it was an inconvenience for them. Told me my cashiers stub from my bank was my receipt. Pfff! More

Andrew in the serice department did a great job of getting my prius serviced and testing the high voltage battery.
