This dealership does a good job servicing the vehicles. They need to really examine their internal systems on appointments, particularly time to check in and wait time. Do oil changes with appointments really take 90 minutes? If so, cut down the number of cars/appointments. If you are 90 minutes behind, open up the shuttle which “doesn’t run on Saturday.
