Not only do they stock the best selection of high end cars, but they're in the best shape and usually with many extras. While I test drove one car, they looked at the car I drove in with to see it's possible value (if I were to trade it in), when I came back, numbers were discussed for a short time. He immediately struck me as professional and courteous and from the start of the hunt to the final sale, he and the staff at the Toy Barn were top notch and world class. Gene is knowledgeable, professional, and personable and made the entire experience very relaxed and enjoyable. They gave me a good value for my trade and a good price on the car they were selling. The entire staff, including the owner and even the gentlemen in the finance office, were great to work with and make the purchase of the car a truly special event. The little touches they do upon a sale go above and beyond your normal car buying experience. If you are looking for a special used car or "toy", I would definitely recommend the Toy Barn. I know I will be back the next time I am in the market for a car. More

With only 13% of the total world's population engaged and loving what they do, I'd have say that the Toy Barn must have most of those individuals working at their place of business. Cool place and cool experience. Never felt pressured like I said they just made it happen and we went home with our new AMG. Salesperson Gene Hilston was great to work with and easy to talk to. They gave us a great trade in value on a car sight unseen as we could not get both trades there on same day. If you are looking for fun cars and easy to work with people you need to at least make a visit to the Toy Barn.We will be back! More

Best Experience This was simply the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. The sales manager that worked with me, Gene Hilston was incredibly helpful in eve This was simply the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. The sales manager that worked with me, Gene Hilston was incredibly helpful in everyway. At no point did I feel pressured to buy, and in fact, after test driving the vehicle I had my sights set on, I told Gene that I was not prepared to buy at that time, and that I would have to go home, talk to my wife, and think about things a bit. Unlike other dealerships and sales managers I have dealt with in the past, Gene did not call me repeatedly to check with me, but gave me space to reflect on what I was ready and able to do. It was a full week before I returned with my wife to show her the vehicle. Without hesitation, Gene gladly let us test drive the car once again, answered all of our questions, and was very upfront about the shortcomings of the vehicle (it was and is a used BMW 525i, a 2001 model) which frankly were and are very minor considering the age of the car and the mileage (110,000). There was a chip in the windshield which Gene noticed during the test drive, and without me saying a thing, he pointed it out and said that they would have their windshield people call me and fix it at their cost. I purchased the car on a Saturday afternoon, and by Monday morning, I had a call from the windshield folks to schedule a time when they could come to me at my work or home to take care of it. Additionally, and what I really appreciate, is that this dealership deals in high end vehicles, many of which are in the 40's, 50's and 60's in thousands of dollars. My purchase was $9400 out the door including a 3yr 45,000 mile complete warranty on the powertrain. What I am saying is that I was treated with the same care and respect that a person purchasing a much more expensive and profitable vehicle for them, would receive. The finance person, Adrian Crabtree was just as helpful and kind, and gave us a great deal on the additional warranty, which is no small thing when one purchases a thirteen year old vehicle, regardless of the quality of the car. Justin Hinderer, the owner even came by to greet us and spent time telling us of the history of the vehicle which they had been owned by a friend of his and repeat customer. Many thanks to Gene, Adrian, and Justin! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone! More

I work in sales for the corporate auto industry , so I'm very familiar with many of the tricks used today by less-than-reputable dealers. I never came across any of that in my dealings with Chris or the ToyBarn. The price for the vehicle was fair given the available comparables. They were also kind enough to pick me up from the airport seeing as I was an out-of-state buyer. I was taken care of overall. The only thing I can think of that could be improved was a couple of very minor issues with the car. One being a missing clip in the rear seat, and another a rear sunshade that would not retract. Ideally, purchasing a new (to me) car should not involve any additional work on the part of the customer. Having this taken care of ahead of time would have been fantastic. But, again, I was happy overall with my experience. More
