The car has ALWAYS been repaired properly the first time, and my service advisor Jose Colon keep me posted and goes over the repair with me in person so along each step I am fully informed what is going on. Jose Colon is very attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and followed up on EVERY concern I have had dealing with having my Lincoln Navigator repaired. And the repairs turned out to be quite large and very involved and complicated but Jose took care of getting everything done. Service Advisor Jose Colon even helped me related to getting a extended service contract for future repairs. I cannot say enough good words for all the great advice and attentive help. Everytime I have been at Tower they treat me like I am a VIP. More
