As all of my 2014 Kia Sorento regular service has been done at Tobin Kia I knew I would get a professional assessment on sounds I heard in the front end. We couldn't replicate the sound. After getting the car up on a lift he discovered the motor mounts and steering bushings worn out. The parts ordered and given a loaner with zero hassle. From Tuesday inspection to Thursday the car was finished and washed. That's the reason my next car will be a Kia from Tobin Kia. First class service and customer care. More
