I'm a 71 year old retired RN with 5 kids and I've lost count of how many cars I've bought and sold in my lifetime but it's at least 30. In my opinion, Torch Light Motors and Jeff & Kathy LaPoff deserve a count of how many cars I've bought and sold in my lifetime but it's at least 30. In my opinion, Torch Light Motors and Jeff & Kathy LaPoff deserve a 5 Star Rating. If you're in the market for a used European car or SUV, you should consider buying it from Torch Light. Jeff LaPoff has been in business for 25 years, he specializes in used European car brands- mostly Volvo, BMW, and Audi. Jeff is very selective about the vehicles he offers for sale at his dealership. Don't forget, he's actually a used car buyer too, but he's a professional at it. He knows these European cars at an expert level. He details and services every car, often doing things like putting new brakes and tires on a car. Think about that for a few seconds. If you need to put new new brakes and tires on a Volvo, BMW, or Audi, it would cost you at least $2000, but he may have already done it for you. That's huge in my book. Now comes the best part, Torch Light Motors is a ZERO sales pressure dealership. The prices Jeff puts on each car is non-negotiable, but from my research, his prices are by far the best prices you will find for the same make & model year & mileage. If you see one advertised for less at another dealership, I can almost guarantee you that it's simply not in as good a condition or has a jaded or poorly maintained history, and simply is not as high a quality car as the one Jeff has on his lot. There aren't any games or xx here. What you see is what you get. You still want to do your research, i.e. CarFax etc., on any vehicle you're interested in, it's still a Buyer Beware world, but if you're confident about the car's history and pedigree, in my experienced car buying opinion, you can also be confident that if you buy it from Jeff & Kathy at Torch Light, you are getting it for a very fair price. Easiest and best car buying experience I've ever had in my 71 years. More
