The best car buying experience I have ever had. the salesman meet me at the door, and listened to my needs, finance was fast and easy, paper work went fast as well and everyone bent over backwards the salesman meet me at the door, and listened to my needs, finance was fast and easy, paper work went fast as well and everyone bent over backwards to meet my needs. Then a small problem with the used vehicle I purchased, but service diagnosed the problem and started repairs, the salesman brought me a car to drive, the repairs were finished the very next day. The only problem was detailing all they did was wash the outside and didn't even dry it off. But I would recommend them for anybody who wants to buy a vehicle, just make sure they clean the car before you leave and I would like to get a full detail inside and out on the house but that will not happen. More

I did not purchase my 2021 Nissan Rogue at this dealership as the color I wanted had extremely limited availability (32 in the country). Thus the first dealership that was able to get it for me got dealership as the color I wanted had extremely limited availability (32 in the country). Thus the first dealership that was able to get it for me got my sale. I have used that dealership for an issue as it’s close to our 2nd location. However recently I had an issue with my vehicle and brought it to the Tony Serra Nissan dealership as it’s close to our home. I found the service department staff extremely friendly and they took care of my issue promptly even though I didn’t have an appointment and hadn’t purchased my car there. Most recently my husband had a medical issue requiring hospitalization and I was in need of an oil change which I am adamant about doing timely. I didn’t have the time to go to the dealership where I had purchased the vehicle, so I stopped at the Tony Serra Nissan dealership and asked if they could do my oil change and honor the discount coupon that I had received from the dealership that I had purchased my Rogue from. Much to my surprise they did even better as they gave me a free oil change and tire rotation as that’s what they provide for the new vehicles they sell! I was amazed and obviously very pleased! Again the service department staff was very friendly and did their absolute best to accommodate my needs! I highly recommend the service department at Tony Serra Nissan as they certainly know how to treat their customers! More
