I give this dealership every chance to provide good customer service, and with each visit the experiences get worse. I would rather go to any other Toyota dealership in the area than this one, which is customer service, and with each visit the experiences get worse. I would rather go to any other Toyota dealership in the area than this one, which is very unfortunate because I live like 2 miles away but this place is so cheap and up charges you for everything, doesn’t communicate well whatsoever, has the highest service prices around, they are slow, I literally cannot think of the worse more difficult service experience at any dealership that I’ve been to in an extremely long time. I only go here if I have to for like a recall or something, but I would literally choose any other Toyota dealership in my local area to get service from. I was told by the service lady who makes the appointments that I would be given a ride home after I drop off the vehicle by either an Uber or one of the porters who could give me a ride. I was told I could not be given a ride because my service didn’t qualify for a ride home even though I indicated that on the notes when I scheduled the appointment. Then I asked my service advisor can I get a ride back to the dealership to pick up my car because obviously I didn’t have a way to get back. He said we’re busy right now we can’t pick you up but I’ll let you know when we can. Never heard from him, my wife had to give me a ride to the dealership right after she got off work, they were closing like 15 minutes later and if I didn’t show up I would’ve had to wait till the next day to pick up my vehicle. No one called just left me hanging and the advisor said oh yeah your car just got done which is xxxxxxxx because I was waiting in the parking lot for a while before I walked in and I could track my phone on my app I saw it was sitting outside for more than an hour after the service was completed. They up charge me for an extra quart of oil and would not honor the coupon that I brought in that they sent me, I didn’t need a full court but they charged me a full court, they charge for a washer for a new oil filter, the one guy who was very good it was his name was Colton, he’s not even there anymore, there’s a new guy Ryan who I think is gonna be really good but my service experience sucks every time I have been there. Again this is nothing personal against the individuals but very disappointed in the lackluster communication and up charging and just it’s a simple oil change and it’s always a big deal I dread going to the dealership unless I have to More

Our area has a lot of construction and I had already replaced a couple of them prorated. This time I had a tire with a slow leak. I have to fill monthly in warm weather and more frequently in cold. It leaked at the bead. Tire was 13 days out of warranty and had to buy another again. Oh well. More
