Another outstanding service experience! Scheduled a minor service (oil/filter) online for 1:00 today at 10:30 this morning. Arrived just before 1:00 and Kathryn Murphy met me instantly and Scheduled a minor service (oil/filter) online for 1:00 today at 10:30 this morning. Arrived just before 1:00 and Kathryn Murphy met me instantly and did a professional, thorough, and friendly writeup. She personally escorted me to the amenities and the waiting area. She also ensured that WiFi was available and that I could easily log on. Less than 1 hour later, she texted me that the service was done. We reviewed the charges, settled up, and confirmed that my needs had been met. She escorted me to my car, removed the Covid coverings on the seat, steering wheel, and shift knob, And she again inquired whether my expectations had been met; which they definitely had been.
