Coming from a family business of car dealerships, it was interesting to see the process from the other side. Brett Sanders helped us some months ago look over a CX-9. While that one didn't work out we waited and this weekend while in for service work on our CX-7 we spotted a CPO CX-9. Brett was quick to answer all our questions. If he didn't have an answer he immediately found the answers. He was very patient and allowed us to take our time looking over the vehicle. Howard was great with the servicing on our older Mazda. He was very thorough and had a smile on his face the entire time. George in F&I was great in helping us maximize our value and was very easy to work with. The process was very transparent and comfortable the entire time.
