The only downside was the finance department. I secured a better rate myself and am waiting for a call back from Cory on how to facilitate the switch (he initially told me that I couldn't switch lenders which baffled me as the vehicle has not been picked up yet). He was to call me back yesterday afternoon......the call hasn't come. I would still recommend your dealership as Don was great - but would advise offering customers lending choices and having Cory follow-through on return calls that are promised (even if the matter was still being researched, a call to tell me he was still working on it, etc).
