Taking accountability is essential, and we understand the concern. While attemping to help during this unforeseen situation and our due dilligence with our investigation. We provided assistance with an alternate transportation for over 50 days with no admission of fault at no cost to you. This was just a goodwill to help you during this moment. Any conversation had in attempt to describe or demonstrate a possibility of event or situation from our own experiences, was not meant as a disrespect or insult to anyone, as it might had been taken out of context. As a probability, and most likely, something else caused this situation still exist, your automotive insurance has taken financial responsibility and had deemed your vehicle a total loss. If they felt there was negliegence in any way, they would be persuing reimbursement from our insurance company, further actions or proof-sharing would be handled between them directly, not the dealership. We would be delighted to work with you and offer a car at a great price, utilizing some or all of the money your insurance paid you for the total loss of your Jetta towards this purchase.
