Stopped in to schedule appointment for my parking brake light that was on. Service tech on phone never acknowledged me I was there to say I'll just be a minute.. had parking brake pads put on because my tr light that was on. Service tech on phone never acknowledged me I was there to say I'll just be a minute.. had parking brake pads put on because my truck light was on. Picked up truck again service tech on the phone never acknowledged me sales rep came over apologized and help me get my truck. Then with in a few miles service parking brake light came back on. Stopped in service to talk about next step service tech on phone again for over 10 minutes never acknowledge I was there to say wait a minute. I don't mind waiting but I think they should just acknowledge you're there More

I was greeted by Will when I arrived. Absolutely no pressure to look at cars, he was upfront and honest about what needed to be done with the car I had liked upon arrival. My shop found a few things that they recommended being fixed before purchasing. Nathan and Will were receptive to the pre inspection findings and had their shop start working on the few concerns without any hesitation. Following week, the car was ready and I was able to test drive and see the difference. They put the car back up on the lift without any hassle. Very transparent, very honest and up front. Great customer service and I am happy to have purchased my suv from them.
