Worst Service Ever This dealership is AWFUL and shady, no one knows anything and they don't stand by there word. I would not buy anything from them, cause you'll probabl This dealership is AWFUL and shady, no one knows anything and they don't stand by there word. I would not buy anything from them, cause you'll probably be in the same predicament as me. Went to this dealership on Tuesday the 14th to look for a car to surprise my Fiance for his birthday. Found a nice Jeep Patriot that he would like, test drove the car and the car drove good, when I got back to the dealership I told the sales person lets see what we could do. After waiting 3 hours for all the paperwork to get sorted and signed I finally had the keys to the car. I had no longer pulled off the on the lot and made it 4 miles down the road and the car started jerking really bad. I called the dealership back to tell them what was going on and the lady that answered the phone told me I'd have to call my sales person, so after i got a hold of him, he told me to bring the car back the next day to the service department and they would service it for me and see what was going on. When we took the car back, the sales person that sold me the car wasn't there, the service department had no idea that we was coming (which is apparently something the sales person is suppose to let them know) and they said they couldn't get us in til Tuesday cause they were so booked up. After going back and forth for a little bit cause we live an hour away from the dealership the service dept. said they would get us in after lunch, it was about another 20-30 minutes after that that I finally got a hold of the salesman that sold me the car and he said that they wouldn't do anything about the car and that it was my responsibility for all the fees that came from the service dept. I was very upset since I had just talked to him the day before and he said to bring it back and they would get it looked at. So we wasted a hour drive up there and and the hour we spent waiting to see what was going on just to be told "Sorry we can't do anything for you" so my fiance just went back in and got the keys and we drove the car back home. More
