Have always had outstanding service until our last visit. It took 3 trips to the service dept. before the problem was fixed. Wrong part was ordered, when correct part was installed on the second trip to t It took 3 trips to the service dept. before the problem was fixed. Wrong part was ordered, when correct part was installed on the second trip to the Service department, we were told it was fixed. When we arrived home the problem was there. A new part was ordered and was tole it would be there in a week. The weeks latter we had to call and check in the the part and go back to the service department to have it installed. More
