Searching for and purchasing a car is often a stressful experience, but Tyler at Tim Moran Ford made it enjoyable and seamless. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth, transparent, and pressure-free. Tyler was never pushy and always kept his word. When it came to pricing, he provided an out-the-door (OTD) price upfront, and it never changed--a refreshing experience compared to other dealerships that tack on hidden fees. The deal he offered was unbeatable, better than anything we could find locally or even out of state. We decided to make the purchase despite being 300 miles away. Tyler even offered to pick up from a nearby airport to help make the process easier. When we opted to drive down, he recommended a nearby hotel that turned out to be an excellent stay. Not knowing the area, we appreciated how well he guided us. Over the two weeks leading up to the purchase, Tyler was incredibly patient, answering all my questions and sending pictures and videos of the vehicle. He never pressured us to make a decision and even put the car on a "courtesy hold" to accommodate our busy schedule. He handled all the paperwork online, so pick-up day was quick and stress-free. At pick-up, Tyler walked through the car's key features, ensuring the 300-mile drive home was comfortable. He even followed up the next day to check that we got home safely and answer any additional questions. Tyler's professionalism, honesty, and exceptional customer service were above and beyond anything we've experienced. He made what is often a dreadful process enjoyable and exciting. If you're in the market for a car, do yourself a favor and contact Tyler at Tim Moran Ford. You won't be disappointed. The upfront pricing, outstanding service, and genuine care make it worth the drive. Tyler truly sets the bar for what car buying should be. Thank you, Tyler! More

Speak with Chris when you come here, we arrived at 9AM and was out by 11, 2 hours at a dealership? That's unheard of! This is a very clean dealership, and appreciate the awesome 2012 Charger they sold me. and was out by 11, 2 hours at a dealership? That's unheard of! We had already worked out the numbers in our budget that we were comfortable with and Matt and Brandon were able to work out a deal that fit within that budget. Matt was extremely helpful from the moment that we walked onto the lot to getting us through finance. The best sales rep that we have ever dealt with. Highly recommend this hometown dealership!! If your ever in the area or live in the area and are in need of a new or used car give them a shot! - Matt More
