Got a new 2025 ford mustang. Only 10k miles on it. Got a nail in the tire. Went to go get it changed. I only wanted one tire because there is not much wear on the tires. I cannot Only 10k miles on it. Got a nail in the tire. Went to go get it changed. I only wanted one tire because there is not much wear on the tires. I cannot afford $800 right now. Luke in the service department refused to sell me one tire because he said hed have to send the other one back. He said come back next week when you can afford it. I left, and since i drive 5 hours to see my kids and cant just drive on a flat, i called ron gordan tire pros and they got me 1 tire in 6 hours for my mustang. This is the absolute worst dealership. Luke xxxxxx me off so bad id never return as long as he works there. I did get a call from the manager apologizing, but he dont care either hes just being professional. More
So have you ever not done your due diligence when purchasing a car? I did. I screwed up big time. I trusted a friend who owns a dealership to get the vehicle that we were looking for exactly how we w purchasing a car? I did. I screwed up big time. I trusted a friend who owns a dealership to get the vehicle that we were looking for exactly how we wanted it in a hurry when we picked it up didn’t thoroughly check it out 1000% my fault! Went into Tim Dahly Ford Spanish Fork, Utah met with Oscar and Tanner told them of my situation. I was basically just looking for advice on how to deal with this other dealership. Oscar, Tanner, and the whole team there took care of us from start to finish. We traded in a 2025 bronco with 600 miles on it and purchased another 2025 bronco with all the features and in amenities that we wanted. Words cannot express how thankful and grateful we are to have a dealership like Tim Dahly Ford here helping us with our purchases and helping me get out of a situation that I caused. If anyone reads us and is looking for help for a new vehicle, go see Oscar Tanner or the king of Jordan and I promise you they will help you.. More
Bought my Bronco at a different dealership because they weren’t willing to be flexible on pricing,. Since they are closest dealer I have used them for service. Most recent service they charge $120 for simp weren’t willing to be flexible on pricing,. Since they are closest dealer I have used them for service. Most recent service they charge $120 for simple oil change and then $6 for credit card fee. Fast food places don’t even charge credit card fee. It’s not that $6 is going to put me in bankruptcy but the overall condescending “you’re an idiot and we will take advantage when we can” attitude was a put off. I only use dealers for service for cars under warranty, but never again. Not sure why dealers love to push away service customers. Shopping for a Ranger Raptor now and they have a few but same story on pricing and attitude so off I go, taking my local business elsewhere. More
Got my ford ranger from Tim Dahle, and man let me say how happy I am with this dealership! They helped me get a better rate than my credit union and even threw in a service contract! I checked out a few of t happy I am with this dealership! They helped me get a better rate than my credit union and even threw in a service contract! I checked out a few of their trucks and there was no pressure at all in which one I should pick. Next time I need a vehicle, I’ll be sure to check out Tim Dahle Ford first. Extremely misleading pricing practices — buyer beware. I was in talks with a sales rep about purchasing a truck listed for $88,761 — clearly labeled as both the Cash Price and Finance Price on their own I was in talks with a sales rep about purchasing a truck listed for $88,761 — clearly labeled as both the Cash Price and Finance Price on their own website toggle. However, I was later told by the dealership that I could not purchase the truck at the listed price unless I agreed to their in-house financing — and even then, the final price was inflated from what was shown online. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch: the website advertises a cash price, but they won’t honor it unless you jump through financing hoops, and then the price changes. It’s disappointing, misleading, and not what I expect from a professional dealership. I encourage potential buyers to screenshot listings and ask for written confirmation before engaging — or better yet, shop elsewhere. More
BUYER BEWARE — Especially for Used Cars Tim Dahle Ford – Spanish Fork, Utah Do not trust the sales talk at Tim Dahle Ford in Spanish Fork. Our experience was an absolute nightmare — and once the deal was Spanish Fork, Utah Do not trust the sales talk at Tim Dahle Ford in Spanish Fork. Our experience was an absolute nightmare — and once the deal was done, they completely ghosted us. We purchased a used Yukon XL and were assured their inspection process was “top notch.” That turned out to be complete nonsense. Within a week, the vehicle couldn’t even get an alignment due to over $1,100 in suspension issues. A short time later, we found out the motor mount was bad too — another $300–$400 repair. So much for a “great condition” vehicle. During the sales process, I missed a call from Carlos. He accidentally left a 3-minute voicemail where he was caught mocking and badmouthing me to a co-worker — completely unaware he was being recorded. I sent the recording to Jory, the used car manager. I never received a response. No apology, no professionalism, no accountability. Post-sale, I reached out to Jeremy, our salesman, regarding the costly repair issues. He claimed he’d look into it. Weeks passed — nothing but excuses, dodged calls, and zero follow-up. Jory gave the same hollow promises, then also stopped responding entirely. There is zero customer service, zero integrity, and zero follow-through at this dealership. Once they close the sale, they are done with you — even if major issues pop up immediately after. We now have thousands in repairs on a vehicle Tim Dahle Ford in Spanish Fork told us was in excellent shape. We deeply regret trusting them and will never recommend them to anyone. Don’t be fooled — keep shopping. More
