I had been searching for months for a clean used 1st generation Dodge Ram W150 4x4. I saw an ad on the internet for a 1993 model at the Thomson dealership and beagan my inquiry. Wonderful experience. Kenny was great to deal with. Very knowledgeable and was very attentive to our needs. We purchased two vehicles from the dealership at the same time. I have been in the past a "died in knowledgeable and was very attentive to our needs. We purchased two vehicles from the dealership at the same time. I have been in the past a "died in the wool" Chevy fan. But after driving the new RAM 1500 and comparing what you get in options with the Chevy Silverado, I think the Dodge RAM beats it hands down. The Sales Manager and his staff are way better and make the buying experience a pleasure than at any of the other dealerships for any brand that we have visited in the area. More

Great dealership! My experience was nothing less than perfect. I was greeted at each visit by friendly, helpful personnel. The show room was clean and organized. The monthly payments were more than quoted. They held onto the finance company's money and our deposit for 10 days and didn't pay off my lease until after my jeep was repossessed. They hung up on my hus onto the finance company's money and our deposit for 10 days and didn't pay off my lease until after my jeep was repossessed. They hung up on my husband when he tried to get things straightened out. They did NOTHING to help get the jeep back for us or provide me with transportation until we got the jeep back. More
