And as for their service department, Daniel McGee handled the service on my daughters car and the check on mine. He was wonderful. Very helpful, explained what was going on and didnt mind if you asked questions. He is a very good mechanic and I will only be using him for service on our vehicles. Especially, the Sales Manager, Mike Reeger also took action immediately to service my new car when I noticed that there was a bump in the hatchback and offered a rental during the service. We did wait for longer than expected to close the financial paperwork and my name recorded on the registration was missed spelled and couldn't be updated. When I went to MVA to correct it, was told that I have to come back since the title hasn't been received yet, which means I need to go back to correct it again adding inconvenience and time. The Sales Person neglected to update the name change when I mentioned several times that the name was misspelled from the initial paperwork signed and said it could be corrected by the Finance Offcier. Hopefully this doesn't change or add any more hassle to update my name in the system. Also, many thanks to Chris Bowen who took time to explain the functions of the Tucson in details while my Sales Rep wasn't available. More
