No business card was given to us by the finance guy ( of whom I don’t know his name). No one was even interested in calling my insurance company on Saturday to transfer the policy. Went to Heritage VW in December, the process there was seamless. The provided a a folder with all my paperwork, business cards for everyone I had been in contact with, and they called the insurance company and transferred the insurance policy. More
