No Concern I took my Lincoln into Thomasville Ford/Lincoln dealership for an oil change & tire rotation. I let them know there was a small oil spot on my carpor I took my Lincoln into Thomasville Ford/Lincoln dealership for an oil change & tire rotation. I let them know there was a small oil spot on my carport floor & please let me know where it was coming from while they had it. They did not let me know anything when I picked my car up & this morning, (the next day) there was still a new oil spot on my carport. Needless to say it concerns me that something so simple wasn’t taken care of. More

I arrived around 4:30 and still no resolution. I waited until 6:00 when my truck was brought up Was told it would take a body control module to fix the problem. You must stop hete!! Pickups and cars are sold every where, but, do yourself a favor and stop in here. I have purchased vehicles every few years and all over this great Pickups and cars are sold every where, but, do yourself a favor and stop in here. I have purchased vehicles every few years and all over this great country-however, Thomasville Ford didn’t waste my time. The sales staff didn’t continually get up and down up or in and out of the office or kept me worn down hoping I would purchase. So many auto dealerships play that same game. Thomasville Ford was on the ball and made the sale quick. Because of that timely sales service, they are now my go to Ford Dealer (PS I live in Florida)! I purchased. 2018 King Ranch loaded and I have my eyes on adding an F-250 diesel to my Fleet. Could I have gotten a lower price elsewhere? Maybe, but my time is far more valuable than saving a few hundred dollars. I have tried other auto brands but nothing can compare to the comfort and value of a Ford Product. Am I brand loyal?
