He has been with Thomas Nissan for 20 years and really knows his stuff. I had to come back in to get the screw fixed on the license plate because it was stripped. They asked one of the techs to stay a little late to accommodate and he did. The General Manager, Mitch, handled the issue himself and made sure I was satisfied with the result. In the past we would not visit a Joliet dealer because they were not very nice but this was the exact opposite. Everyone in the place was great. More
