No Hassle, No Wait, No Problems Best car buying experience I've ever had for a number of reasons: 1) The website enabled my wife and I to view the cars we were interested in from Best car buying experience I've ever had for a number of reasons: 1) The website enabled my wife and I to view the cars we were interested in from all angles (interior, exterior and tire treads) and provided all the specifications information and price of the vehicles. We were able to find a number of vehicles that matched our wants and within the price range we were looking for. 2) Paul greeted us personally as we entered the lot, even though we didn't have an appointment. Although I don't ordinarily like sales personnel contacting me upon arrival (please allow me to take my time and look around first), it was definitely a necessity here due to the size of the lot and the sheer number of vehicles...we never would have been able to find them ourselves. Paul was courteous in answering our questions and tracking down the vehicles and efficient in obtaining the CarFax reports and getting the cars set up for test drives and we never received any sales pitches or pressured in any way. 3) We did purchase one of the cars we had been looking at on the dealer's website; however, there were a significant number of vehicles in the lot that are worth an owner! Financing was a breeze-- the dealership ran comparisons with a number of lenders and we were able to use our own credit union and processing went through quickly and smoothly. I'd like to express my thanks to the whole Sharpest Rides staff, especially Paul and Candace, for a very pleasant car buying experience. Check out the website before going. While all the cars in the lot appear to be in excellent shape and a good value, I would recommend anyone to plan before you arrive. More

Thousands in repairs needed in Month #1 Hands down, the worst car buying experience I have ever had. For the entire first month I have owned the car, there has been at least one warning ligh Hands down, the worst car buying experience I have ever had. For the entire first month I have owned the car, there has been at least one warning light on, and most of the time, there were multiple. This includes the drive home from the dealership. As of today, the car has had almost $3,000 worth of mechanical work done, and is still in need of $1,700 more. Much of this was due to oil leaks and tensioner issues that develop over long periods of time and would have been present when they sold me the car. When I buy from a dealer, I'm expecting to get a car that has been at least looked over at a rudimentary level after they purchase it from auction. I'm very confident in saying that this is not the case with The Sharpest Rides. In a city as large as Denver, with many options to buy a used vehicle, there is absolutely no reason to go to this dealer. If you do, expect to spend thousands after the purchase to get a functional vehicle. More
