It felt sketchy walking into this place and I should’ve listened to my gut. For the 15 months we’ve had the car, it’s been in the shop for a cumulative 4 months. Problem after problem. They also sold us a lousy warranty package that constantly tries to find a way out of paying for covered repairs. For one repair, we had to get a lawyer to convince them to honor the warranty agreement. They did, but only after two months of fighting. Customer service here is also miserable. They neglect to answer or return our phone calls or texts, and won’t follow through with any action item we discuss unless we incessantly remind them and even then, they eventually disregard our concern. More

Excellent customer service from French LaTour who made sure I found the car I loved. Also, my elderly mother was with me so we could make sure she could get in easily and her walker fit. If I could give a 0 star I would. Sharpest Rides is a predatory establishment. They sell vehicles with massive issues and then say they will give a warranty but the warranty is total Sharpest Rides is a predatory establishment. It has need to be fixed 3 separate times since purchasing it. The second time it needed fixes I was without a vehicle for almost a month and I had to pay over 1000 out of pocket because the warranty wouldn't cover the whole thing. Now we are on the 3rd issue and not only do I not have my car back and its been almost 4 weeks but the warranty company is pushing back asking for more and more info. The cost of this current fix is over $5000. Sharpest Rides should be put out of business. They are total scammers who care nothing about the people they are selling to. I am now getting lawyers involved because of the absolute nightmare of a situation this has turned into. More
