Daniel LaTour aka French was the guy who helped me with finding my car. He took the time to get the info on what I wanted and he spent hours going through all the cars that fit my price range and payment r finding my car. He made sure that if he thought anything was wrong or not a good fit that he made it know and he guided me and made me feel heard on what I wanted and needed along with the qualities of each car I liked to narrow it down to the right one. He even came in on his day off to help me finish out the process and make sure I got everything I needed including good affordable insurance. He helped me clean out my old car before leaving and even checked in to make sure all was well. I will recommend this place and he will be my go to from now on! He was fun to work with and is very knowledgeable and dependable. More

Unfortunately, our experience with Sharpest Rides this time around has been extremely disappointing. We purchased a BMW X3 on July 10 with the understanding that an existing mechanical issue would be repa time around has been extremely disappointing. Instead, we have experienced repeated delays, the wrong part being ordered, and continued promises that the correct part would arrive “Friday” — only for Friday after Friday to pass without the repair being completed. What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. We have reached out through emails, texts, and phone calls and have received little to no response. We have even attempted to contact the mechanic directly and cannot get a clear update on when the repair will actually be completed. Our teenage daughter was driving the vehicle, but given the unresolved mechanical issue, we no longer feel comfortable having her drive it. Unfortunately, that means she is currently without a car because we traded in our previous vehicle when we purchased the BMW from Sharpest Rides. This is especially disappointing because this was our third vehicle purchase from Sharpest Rides. As returning customers, we expected a much higher level of communication, customer service, and follow-through. We completely understand that repairs and parts delays can happen. What is unacceptable is the lack of communication and accountability. We have been patient and have repeatedly tried to get answers, but our calls, texts, and emails continue to go unanswered. At this point, we are simply asking for someone to take ownership of the situation, communicate with us, and get this issue resolved. Based on our experience, we unfortunately cannot recommend Sharpest Rides. The way this situation has been handled after the sale has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. More

A third-party mechanic inspection revealed $11,000 worth of critical safety and service issues, including failed ball joints, bad U-joints, completely worn struts, shot brakes and rotors, and a bad starter.Instead of fixing the issues locally, the dealership towed my truck 300 miles away to their own mechanic. They kept my truck for two weeks, and when it was finally "ready," management flat-out refused to ship the truck back to me, forcing me to figure out how to travel 300 miles just to retrieve my own vehicle.When I picked the truck up from their mechanic, it was damaged and incomplete. The side step was broken, and the transmission dust cover was completely missing from the vehicle, left sitting inside the cab instead. The mechanic's brilliant solution was to tell me to just "glue the side step back on," and he claimed he had "no clue" what the transmission dust cover even was.This business is deceptive, their mechanic is completely incompetent, and they have zero regard for customer safety or basic professional ethics. Avoid this dealership at all costs unless you want a massive financial headache and a broken, unsafe vehicle. Frankie was absolutley no help, would not return phone calls and lied every time I spoke with him. Terry at next-generation auto, is the mechanic who broke the side step as well as leaving off the dust cover for the transmission. 1 star is too many for both of these companies!!!! More

It felt sketchy walking into this place and I should’ve listened to my gut. For the 15 months we’ve had the car, it’s been in the shop for a cumulative 4 months. Problem after problem. They also sold us a lousy warranty package that constantly tries to find a way out of paying for covered repairs. For one repair, we had to get a lawyer to convince them to honor the warranty agreement. They did, but only after two months of fighting. Customer service here is also miserable. They neglect to answer or return our phone calls or texts, and won’t follow through with any action item we discuss unless we incessantly remind them and even then, they eventually disregard our concern. Excellent customer service from French LaTour who made sure I found the car I loved. Also, my elderly mother was with me so we could make sure she could get in easily and her walker fit.
