This went on for a month! I gave up, canceled the deal and got the necessary paperwork done. I had already made the first payment. Took weeks to get down payment back. Returned plates and registration and now I have DMV suspending the plates due to no proof of insurance on car I done own. I sent them all the paperwork, but this is the second letter from them about this. I would not Recommend buying from them. They pass you around like a football from one manager to another and no one follows up with you. More

Spot delivery scam Dealer had 3 hours on a Thursday morning to draw up purchase agreement. Dealers right to cancel had expired, so I did none of these. Dealer has still not paid off my trade in, as of today. More

I have taken several vehicles in to The Ford Store with poor redults. On one occasion they overfilled the oil in my Hybrid so much the engine smoked. On onther occasion I had to go back for service 3 t poor redults. On one occasion they overfilled the oil in my Hybrid so much the engine smoked. On onther occasion I had to go back for service 3 times to fix an alignment problem. I was given a full detail for my trouble, supposedly a $150 value, but the result was no better than the local drive through car wash and a day without my vehicle. They seem to have limited diagnostic capabilites and charge a premium price. More
