Paul took the time out of his busy schedule to take the car to the appointment for me--this alone was customer service above and beyond! In addition to his great customer service skills, Paul was genuinely honest with advice and well-informed on the products he sells. I met with Chico Robinson for my financing options, and yet again, another fine employee. As nice as could be and very fair with loan options, the whole process was very quick and I left with exactly the financing I was expecting! They gave me a fair trade-in for my previous vehicle, and upon delivery Paul really helped me understand everything about my new auto. Great demeanor, and he made the experience very fun.
