I test drove two cars one day, went back to walk through the lot on a rainy day with him to see colors and interior combinations. I had many questions (phone and email) and Brad was always quick to respond. My shopping experience was pleasant, I never felt like I was being rushed into a decision. I've had the car for two weeks and it is a dream to drive. More

Great buying experience! This was the best buying experience I have ever had when buying a car. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I did not feel any pressure to buy any certain car. The salesman took me around the lot and never seemed bothered to do so. After talking with the salesman for awhile he introduced me to the sales manager who was able to come to a price I could afford. The entire experience was just fantastic! They did not play any of the usual games such as keeping you there waiting for hours upon hours for a decision. In conclusion the salesman, Travis Holley, sales manager, Mark Harless, and finance, Chico Robinson, were some great people that I worked with directly. More

That was a good buying experience and my most recent was a repeat. I met Chuck Wiener back in January when I first started looking. I liked his no pressure way of doing business. I couldn't make up my mind on what car I liked best at the time. Chuck made a follow up call and I said I'd let him know when I was ready. No pestering, no pressuring just a thank you and let me know when you are ready. My wife met Chuck in November without me. Her comments when she got home were "I really liked Chuck. Easy guy to deal with." I of course agree with her and from this experience I would have to include the entire staff that we came in contact with. I keep my cars a long time. 14 years with my 540 six speed sport and almost 39 years with my Mustang. Getting bit older and less inclined to do the maintenance I've always done so The BMW Store is likely to see me more often so long as they keep the buying experience positive. I highly recommend Chuck Wiener. I met Matt Long yesterday who patiently gave me another 2 hours of cockpit lessons. Answering all my questions very patiently. I'd met Eric Hensley a number of years ago when bringing my 540 in for service. His service department is always courteous, easy to work with, and I've never had a problem with my car not solved. On another note, there were several other employees I met yesterday and I'm sorry I don't remember all their names. But one of them noticed I was prior military. Next thing I know we're having a great chat together and and trying to see if our paths had crossed somewhere especially those of us of the Vietnam era. That makes you feel welcome at The BMW Store. More

He was very generous in helping me out when I sold my previous car and in helping me get a few things worked out with the new. I moved from Lexus where I felt the service was good but I can tell the BMW Store will be even better. I am very happy to recommend Chris and the other staff that I worked with as they were all wonderful and helpful. More

He was courteous, personable, and very thorough as we went through the entire process. Ric, the sales manager, and Connor, the gentleman who helped with the financing steps were also very helpful. The dealership, as a whole, benefits from specializing only in BMW and Mini, which helps them provide a high level of service, but this dealership has quality people working throughout their buildings. I had other car brands in mind prior to meeting Chris and working with The BMW Store, and now I am proud to say I am one of their customers. More
