Worst Service Department Ever Was quoted a price over the phone for a specific service in which I was very thorough in describing and a TSB was noted (gives exact amount of labor a Was quoted a price over the phone for a specific service in which I was very thorough in describing and a TSB was noted (gives exact amount of labor and parts required) but was billed a much higher price. They tried to say it was more money because the TSB was for warranty work and the general public pays more. This may be true but I was very knowledgeable and specific in my request. We ended up agreeing on a lower price I was okay with but not after paying $130 in rental car fees because we took so long on negotiations and loaner cars are rare here. They also scratched my car in the process. They paid for the repairs but it took a lot of phone calls to get paid. I spent a lot of time waiting around at this dealership and witnessed an untruth and a cover up. A customers car broke while under the care of the Service Department and they played dumb when a customer found the broken part. I witnessed the Service Advisor tell the porter to leave it alone because it was broken. The car wouldn't shut off!!!!!!!! The customer went all the way home and came back because his car wouldn't shut off!!! Who does such a thing!!!!!!!!??? Horrible More
