He volunteered to pick up the title from our home so we wouldn't have to make drive it back to the dealer with it - that's really personal service- and he arrived at our house exactly when he said he would. Paperwork was handled professionally and efficiently. The dealership facility is clean, comfortable, friendly, we got a very good feeling there. We're animal lovers and were delighted that the dealer was generously sponsoring a community pet event that day.
