Great job, Rohan! With all the personnel changes going on at Autobarn Mazda, I was a little leery of continuing to use them to service my car. However, Jay had been so great suggesting my AvidAscend tires that I thought I'd continue. My appointment was on Halloween and there was terrible snow. Rohan greeted me bright an early at 7am. He understood everything I needed done. He was great at communicating as the day went on about the work being done. He was responsive to keeping this work within my budget. Rohan is excellent and really restored my faith in Autobarn Evanston. More

Good service at Mazda today! I had a dead battery and had to call mazda roadside service for a jump. Despite having no appointment on this day, Tomy in repair helped me immediatel I had a dead battery and had to call mazda roadside service for a jump. Despite having no appointment on this day, Tomy in repair helped me immediately, courteously, and went out of his way to make me feel welcome. I have felt pressured by other service people at this branch, but not today. It appeardy that they are no longer employed by Mazda and I am glad about this. Tomy was very experienced at this job, and gave me excellent advice for the repairs that need to be done as soon as possible without a hard sell. More
