Subpar This dealership was not the best I've been to at all. The car that I wanted was taken by the manager for 4 days which delayed the whole process of pur This dealership was not the best I've been to at all. The car that I wanted was taken by the manager for 4 days which delayed the whole process of purchasing a car (which is never easy). When I arrived they thankfully had it ready and when I asked the sales rep questions about the car he didn't seem to know what he was doing/was just trying to sell the car and not get me into a car that was right for me. After test driving the rep told me that I should actually downsize in the car size that I wanted and not listening to anything I had to say or get me in a car that would better suit my needs. Management didn't even budge on the price when they said that it was a competitive price for the certified pre-owed car and the condition when I could've gotten a completely brand new car for the same price... Which as being a sales rep should provide all the best options and was willing to let me walk away from the deal. I went to a different dealer after purchasing a CX-3 just to look at other options for the future and said dealership went above and beyond in allowing me to experience the different kind of cars, purchase options, trade in prices, as well as their service bay was quick and efficient in getting my car services (which they also let me test drive/borrow the car that I actually wanted for the time of my car being serviced.) More
