Ramzi Amawi and the rest of the Audi Exchange staff made me feel like I was buying an Audi R8 (List price $250,000.0 purchasing a car, but anywhere. Ramzi Amawi and the rest of the Audi Exchange staff made me feel like I was buying an Audi R8 (List price $250,000.00) even though it was actually a 6-year old Audi A4. My wife is a Japanese where the customer service phrase is not "the customer is always right" but "The customer is God". She felt, without a doubt, that this was the best customer service and sales experience she has ever had outside of Japan and that it compared with the best of the service offered in that country that is legendary for service. Our car looked brand-new thanks to the superb detailing and these guys provided us with new rear brakes since the ones on the car looked like they might need replaced fairly soon. We got a price WAY below KBB. Ramzi made us feel comfortable at every turn and my four-year old daughter was kooky for him. That should tell the tell right there. We were "wowed" You will be, too.
