We recently purchased a new Audi from John Hinojosa at the Audi Exchange. He was enthusiastic, polite, knowledgable and made the experience pleasant. I had knowledge of vehicle cost, dealer cost, holdback and the current inventories of Chicagoland dealers. I contacted John and there was no pressure, no haggling, no nonsense, he didn't have to ask a manager to make a deal. We came in and he showed us a number of vehicles that we were interested in and others available. The F & I manager Dan Fernstrom made presentations of the additional products offered and was not pushy or obstinate about it. John Hinojosa our salesman also spent over two hours demonstrating all of the features of the vehicle with a followup visit scheduled. The premises are clean, the employees are well mannered, a very open format and there are nice amenities in the customer waiting area. When I called to inquire about the car, I spoke with Ramzi Amawi. He was very helpful, and immediately offered to send us information. He was very polite, not pushy at all. We made an appointment to see the car 2 days later. We were both pleasantly surprised at the amount of time Ramzi spent explaining the capabilities of the Q7. He answered all of our questions, and gave us a few demonstrations on how to utilize some of the car's features. We weren't previous Audi owners, so, we also appreciated the information on what makes an Audi different from it's competitors. We were so impressed, we bought the vehicle that day. He's offered to go through the car's features with us again.
