After our visit and my visiting other dealerships:Mercedes and BMW there was no question that I was sold on the Audi because of Lucas's knowledge and the to e he took with me. He actually gave me his cell phone, if I had any questions before I bought the car! After I bought the car, the quality of customer service that Lucas provided was beyond impressive! Every time I texted him within 30 seconds he answered me. My kids don't even respond to me nearly that quickly. I have owned Acura's for the past 15 years. I was ready to buy their new RLX but decided to visit my local Audi dealer to check out the A6 which I have been admiring from afar. My experience with this dealer was great from moment i walked in. I had a couple of people asked me if i needed help and also i liked the fact that they trust you to take car for test drive by your self walked in.
