It seems odd to say that we had a pleasant car shopping experience, but from our initial interactions with Alex through signing our final paperwork with Dan Fernstrom in finance, it truly was a good experience. While you never know if you got the best deal, we felt good about the price we paid and didn't feel that we had just been taken to the cleaners. Not only was Drew thorough in answering all of my questions, but he made sure to answer those questions that I forgot to ask. At the end of the day, I showed-up to the Exchange on a Saturday with a check in-hand written out for our agreed-upon purchase price. Drew took the check, and handed me the keys to the new car...no surprises. Since the time of purchase, Drew has continued to provide invaluable service. I consider him my primary contact at the Exchange. I would recommend the Audi Exchange in Highland Park, and specifically Drew Malone, for anyone in the market for a new/used Audi. More
