We found a great Audi TT at the Audi Exchange and decided to give it a shot. The salesperson I spoke with on the phone (Lucas Kielar) was very responsive and addressed the questions I had, and within an hour or so, we agreed on pricing and timing of our trip out to Chicago to pick up the car. Once we arrived to the dealership, Lucas greeted us as we exited our taxi (from the airport), and the vehicle was detailed and ready for our delivery. The car was just as described, both on their website and from my conversation with Lucas on the phone. Paperwork was completed timely, and we were off in our new (used) car back home. Overall, it was a great dealership experience. Very professional, but with a nice personal touch. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from the Audi Exchange, thanks to the dealership and our salesman. More

When I went into the Audi Exchange not only was I not sure how quickly I wanted to buy a car, I was considering everything from the Audi A4 to the Mazda 6 (the car I was driving). Obviously I was not the most serious of buyers when I was matched with Ramzi. You would never know this, however, from the way Ramzi treated me; it was like I was a customer that had bought 10 cars from him. He listened carefully to my needs, answered all the questions I had, and didn't apply any high (or even medium) pressure sales tactics. Thanks to the discussions we had I ended up with a fantastic car that exactly met my needs and which, thanks to the volume of cars available at the Audi Exchange, was available on site. There's no question that I would happily go back to Ramzi, and I feel that if I have questions or problems in the days to come that he, and the Audi Exchange, will be there for me. More

Once the sales price was agreed, the process went extremely smooth. Drew fielded all the questions, inquiries that we threw his way. My husband is a true "car guy" so this was not an easy feat! Drew and dealership also offered to assist with making any necessary travel arrangements. After getting the Q5, which we are loving, there were a few missing items: onboard tool kit and jack. Drew took care of getting these to us promptly with only one phone call. Drew, and the Audi Exchange dealership have been very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them both for both on site and internet sales. Would be even greater if they were closer, so we could use them as our primary dealership! More

I think it's safe to say that not only are we now a fan of Audi for life but we're also big fans of Drew and hope to purchase more cars from him in the future.
