The CPO'd A6 I bought from the Audi Exchange was a vehicle that supposedly had undergone a "thorough 300+ point dealer inspection process"; one so exhaustive that "no other manufacturer can lay claim to a more thorough Certified pre-owned inspection process." Wow, sounds impressive. So, imagine my surprise when, not long after I purchased my car, I learned that it had been in a serious accident and the repairs had not done to spec. I contacted the Audi Exchange about it. At first they denied any knowledge of the accident. But when I brought the car in to be examined, they did admit to knowing about the damage. However, they just hemmed and hawwed and said they didn't think the work looked *too* bad. Bottom line: they said 'you bought a used car' and that was it. I contacted Audi of America. All they did was send me a canned response 'thank you for sharing your concerns' and I never heard from them again. So much for the "pledge to do everything we can to keep the dream alive by offering you an ownership experience that rivals even those of the most exclusive clubs in the world." More

Negotiated the deal, pretty much got the price I wanted, they checked my credit report, salesman Al Vigiletti said "good score, nice credit". This was my 5th car that I'm buying in the last 5 years. They couldn't deliver car on Saturday because of bunch of reasons, I kind of fell into it since I thought it is Saturday afternoon and everyone wants to go home, so salesman told me "have an insurance ready on Monday and we'll good to go". I double asked him "are you sure, did Audi/VW financial approved my lease?" his answer was "Believe me, I work here for over 20+ years, I know what Im talking about". So I did spend few hours shopping for a new insurance and spending few hundred bucks setting it up (hopefully they will refund me most of paid money there). And when I called in on Monday to make sure that car is ready to go - there were more bad news waiting. Car NOT ready, not even approved. They wanted to check my credit once again for some reason, when I asked why do you need a second report in 2 days - they couldn't even give a decent reason. Since when VW credit services checks credit 2-3 times in few days just to extend a credit. Obviously that was BIG FAT LIE. Very disappointed, wasted half of my Saturday, and even insured the car that I was never even approved for. Would NOT recommend this dealer to anyone, since this is simply waste of time. You DESERVE a much better service when purchasing 60-70K cars. More

problem car I have a 2014 Audi Q7 that has the front windshield icing up on the inside of the car, and the defroster do not deice it., The car has been back to th I have a 2014 Audi Q7 that has the front windshield icing up on the inside of the car, and the defroster do not deice it., The car has been back to the dealership numerous times and the problem has not been fixed the last time the windshield iced up so bad that it cracked and dealership would not warranty it. Other issues the brakes have squeaked the first week of owning the car and I have gone back to the dealer and was told to push harder on the brake pedal,they still squeak. The belly pan fell off after their tech worked on the car and they didn't want to warranty it either, they wanted to charge me for a new one, after my husband talked to the service writer, my husband told them that they were the only people who worked on the car. They finally replaced it under the warranty. After calling Audi customers service about the windshield problem and getting little results it leads me to writing my review do to the poor service. We made our decision early one to purchase an Audi; however, made the biggest mistake in the beginning of going to a different dealership because of the proximity to our house. Those other guys just screwed it all up for Audi and really tested our loyalty to the brand. I will refrain from using colorful adjectives for those guys since this review is for Drew. We decided to give it another chance because Q7 was the car for us. As we walked into Audi Exchange and met Drew, we were just about ready to give him our money! He was very professional, but not pushy. Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns. What impressed us the most of how Drew was in constant communication with us (calls, texts, email) and always available to talk/meet. We travel for work and Drew's availability and flexibility was much appreciated. During our waiting period for the ordered Q7, Drew always kept us up to date on the status of the delivery, so we never felt like we were forgotten till the pick up. What really made Drew standout was how he was able to quickly understand our needs and delivered on them without a hitch. Coming from the corporate world, the experience with Drew and Audi Exchange was top notch professionalism. We absolutely love our Q7 and will only go to Drew for our next cars.
