Lucas was with another customer when I arrived, so he asked whether I'd like to wait a few minutes to take the test drive with him or just go for a spin by myself, which I did. I really appreciated this gesture because it allowed me to check out the car at my own pace without any sales pressure, whether real or inferred. There were no pushy followups from Lucas or any sales manager as can be common with other dealerships. That said, I texted Lucas a couple of times about the car, and he always responded very quickly. When I returned to purchase the car, the negotiation went smoothly, and I was in and out of the Finance office quickly. Dealership is pristine and everybody I interacted with was extremely pleasant. Five star car buying experience. Go here and ask for Lucas! More

By far the most pleasant car shopping experiance I was in a market for a new car, and was looking into Audi and some of their competitors. On my first visit, I've told him that I have about 30 minutes, and I was out in 30 minutes. There was no pressure in terms "if you buy now, I am going to give you a good deal" or similar statements. He was not running numbers in front of me and was totally transparent about the price and things offered. There was no a single moment I felt confused or being "worked out". Same story with Shawn - he was working with me on the final paperwork; no hidden cost outside of what Lucas told me and was willing to go over every paper I was signing - not just rushing through it. I am definitely going to be returning customer, this dealership is something different. More

The best words to describe Lucas are transparent and professional. He is not your typical car salesman - Thank Goodness. No question I would come back to Lucas for my next trade or purchase. The service department at Audi Exchange is far and above the best run service department I've ever dealt with anywhere. To be that well organized and thorough with the volume of vehicles passing through is quite an accomplishment. It is evident that they are not only well managed but, that the employees genuinely enjoy working there. I've had a couple of minor issues with the vehicle that I purchased and both were cared for immediately and fixed right the first time. Very pleased with the vehicle and the entire experience.
