I really was impressed with my car buying experience at Tx Hyundai. My sales person was Taylor. This guy was a Superman who flew us through all the process. He is very product knowledgeable. He drives a Hyundai and knows what you can expect from this vehicle we bought. Our finance mgr we had was really a great man. He was a God fearing man who stood On Faith. His name was Trey. We spent I know over an hour 1/2 in his office cause we were gonna finance at the Bank we use but he showed us all the ins and out about this process. He talked to us about a 100,000 mile 6 yr wrap around and it was great knowing our car would be covered for that many miles. In my books this Dealership could stand up with the big boys in larger cities and compete with them More

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! We were asked to leave within 5 minutes of sitting down with the sales rep. They refused to show us a contract on a product they were forcing us to t We were asked to leave within 5 minutes of sitting down with the sales rep. They refused to show us a contract on a product they were forcing us to take (that only offered six months of coverage) for $2,000! We were not rude with them just wished to see a contract for this product with a breakdown of the cost. Ended up talking with 4 different people all were rude and seemed angry and threatened to give our deposit back, which they didn’t until the very end. I will never be going back to this dealership. Very sneaky underhanded people. Refused outside financing and when we offered bank to bank transfer and even financing with them they refused and made us leave. More
