EXCELLENT customer service from purchase to finance. We went to look on the lot and Will spent about 1-2 hours with us showing various cars, options, and features with zero pressure to buy. I dealt with a young gentleman by the name of Tristan DeWolf and all I can say is his mother should be proud 👏 I was looking for a cash car and I saw one on there dealers website and I sent in an offer DeWolf and all I can say is his mother should be proud 👏 I was looking for a cash car and I saw one on there dealers website and I sent in an offer and the amazing reply that I received was hands down on point. He stood by his word and found me a cash car, actually better than the one I saw at first, and I thought that I was going to look all over the dealership and not really find anything that would suit my son or myself not even the one on the website. However, the first car Tristan brought out my son and I fell in love with and it was better than the other one on the website. Tristan's, honesty and his kind and soft spoken voice, but very manly won me over and my son. So, all I can say about this dealership is thank God, that Tristan works there. Went to the dealership to look at a car showed the picture to the salesman. We went for test drive came back in worked up a deal went to finance left. 4 days later I get a call to check VIN on my doo picture to the salesman. We went for test drive came back in worked up a deal went to finance left. 4 days later I get a call to check VIN on my door. It doesn't match my paperwork. Lots of calls and chaos on Thursday. Salesman tried to get me to take VIN on paperwork. Same car but paint damage on bumper. Offered to come swap out plates at my house to make it easier. I came to buy the car I drove home with. Had to redo all paperwork another 2 hours spent Thursday evening. And a second credit hit since all paperwork had to be redone. But i was told it was just in case of audit. So not true. This was unnecessary stress I didn't need. Just to say alot more details left off this review. My daughter called up there. More
