First Internet car purchase Salesman was great - he answered all questions honestly - to the point of saying he didn't know something and that he would find out and call me back, Salesman was great - he answered all questions honestly - to the point of saying he didn't know something and that he would find out and call me back, which he did twice. His disclosure of a stain in a front set was "less significant" than I found when we got the car here (we bought from him/dealership). The F&I guy (name not remembered) was accommodating to a point and he sure liked my cashiers check when he got it! However, when I arranged for a trucker to pick it up in TX, the coordination, done over 7 days in advance - went out the window on the day of pick up!...And, I was told it only "needed a wash" to be released...this is for a unit being transported in the open over winter roads!.. Unit was to be available between 0800 and 1000 hr local... many phone calls later, my trucker almost left, and he finally got loaded around 4 pm or so... 6 hours delay is unacceptable, with prior arrangements made the week before! I would call the unit "as described" once it arrived - the trucker was miffed at being delayed and he did a layover at his home for "truck breaks", for a week before delivering up here in MT. More

Subsequently, I established contact with Jarrell Cooper, the representative from TDA, and he walked me through the process and answered any/all questions that I had. Sadly, the vehicle was sold, but Mr Cooper patiently waited until I found another vehicle that I desired, which took approximately 6-8 months. Anyhow, I acquired an automobile to my liking, and Mr Cooper and TDA not only met my expectations but they extended a measure of hospitality that I'll never forget. I sing their praises and voice a high recommendation of service and Texas hospitality! More

Dealership insisted it be replaced before leaving, in less than an hour they changed it out and I was gone. Their attention to detail was impressive. We had a little trouble with paperwork after the sale on exact amount of taxes and was disappointed with that but it would not stop me from buying from Texas Auto Direct again. Actually this was the fourth vehicle someone in our church family has purchased from Texas Auto Direct and all of us are pleased with our vehicles. Great vehicles at a fair price. More
